FARID Quick Guide

• 🌐 All Files (Unified) — Local + NTDC Cloud + Google Drive ki saari files ek jagah. Source badges batate hain file kahan hai. Open/Download direct.
• 🤖 AI Auto-Organize (Scanner tab) — kisi bhi document ki photo dalo. FARID khud pehchanega document kya hai (Work Order, Scrutiny Note...), proper Word file banayega, sahi folder + cloud mein save karega — bilkul automatic.
• 💬 AI Chat = Automation Agent — sirf likho "work order banao, work: ..., amount: ..." ya "BOQ banao..." — document foran generate ho kar cloud mein save ho jata hai. Sawal jawab ke liye normal typing karein.
• ☁ Cloud Sync (Drive tab) — Google Drive → NTDC Cloud bridge: Drive ki saari files khud cloud par upload hoti hain (har ghanta check). Duplicate files kabhi nahi banti.
• ⚙ Automation Agent (Overview page) — background agent ka status; Run Now se manual check.
• ✎ Edit in Office — Word/Excel files browser mein hi edit karein (OnlyOffice). Save automatically vault + cloud mein wala jata hai.
• Document Vault — upload project documents (RFI, RFP, BOQ, contracts). FARID indexes them for search and AI.
• AI Chat (Q&A) — apne documents ke baare mein sawal karein. Jawab citation ke saath milta hai.
